Scout Wand is a desktop application for Windows and macOS. It searches job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed and InfoJobs using the job descriptions and locations you enter, and lists the results with a link to each offer. If you choose, it can also pre-fill form fields from the details in your CV (for example your name, location and phone number) when you open a listing.

Scout Wand never submits an application for you. You review the filled fields and press Next, Submit or Apply yourself.

Scout Wand works with the pages of LinkedIn, Indeed and InfoJobs, using your own accounts and sessions, inside a browser window that runs on your computer. Those sites have their own terms, which may restrict or prohibit automated tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and their names belong to their owners.

You alone decide whether to use Scout Wand with your accounts, and you are responsible for complying with those terms. Using automation may lead those sites to limit, suspend or close your account. We cannot prevent that and we are not liable for it.

Your CV, the details used for auto-fill and your browser sessions stay on your computer. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing every field before you submit anything. Scout Wand may not recognise some forms or may fill them incorrectly. We do not check, rank or vouch for any job listing.

The Free plan returns up to 5 listings per day, counted on our server for each device. The Scout plan costs €12.99 per month, taxes included, unlocks unlimited searches and can be activated on up to 2 devices with one license key. It renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record, calculates taxes and issues receipts. Its terms apply to the purchase. We may change prices or plan limits; we will notify you at least 30 days before a change affects your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

You can cancel at any time using the link in your payment receipt. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal payment fails or a payment is refunded, the license is deactivated. Refunds are described on the Refund Policy page.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Scout Wand on the number of devices your plan allows. You must not share your license key beyond those limits, resell the software, or modify it or circumvent its license verification, except where the law expressly allows it. You must not use Scout Wand to break the law, to harass others or to send spam.

Scout Wand depends on third-party websites that can change at any time, so some features may stop working until we update the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing will be found. Activating a license needs an internet connection, and the app renews it about once a month.

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is". We make no promise that using it will lead to interviews or a job. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or restrictions placed on your accounts by third-party sites. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may suspend or deactivate a license that is used against these terms (for example, shared beyond the device limit) or after a chargeback or a fraudulent payment. You can stop using Scout Wand at any time by uninstalling it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will tell you by email (if we have yours) or on this page before it applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain / España. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.
